Hi, I’m Joseph Pazzaglia your local owner and operator of Upstate New York’s Capital District security guard company guardNOW. I opened the first guardNOW franchise in capital district in February 2013. I started my security company The Professional Security & Training Inst. (PSTI SECURITY) by servicing the providing Security Guard training courses, and Security services throughout upstate and central New York for small and large corporations, VIP’S, Events, Fairs, Construction sites and more.
Before introducing guardNOW’s security guard services to the Capital District in upstate New York I spent 30 years as a student and Instructor in the Martial Arts and was employed by The New York State Division for Youth (Juvenile Corrections) for 15 years. For 12 years I was a Crisis Management Physical & Mechanical Restraint Instructor for the Division, and I currently provide Defensive tactics and Security Specialty training throughout the United States and abroad. I have spent over 30 years working in a variety of positions within the security industry that are essential to running a successful guardNOW Franchise.
